I agree with @Mikki2b , except that I really don't think Claudia took baby Charlotte. I believe it was Sic Mundus and they blamed Claudia. Maybe it was the reason Noah threw the pages at Adam in "Endings and beginnings" <https://dark-netflix.fandom.com/wiki/Endings_and_Beginnings#1921_2> saying Adam lied to him.
Young Noah didn't know about Charlotte or Elisabeth and adult Noah wasn't able to tell him, because until that moment they talked he believed young Noah had to do the same things he did to complete the cycle (while still sic mundus piece - "you have to trust Adam blablabla").
I had to separate things in my mind like this:
1 - Charlotte + Peter = Elisabeth
2 - Young Noah + Elisabeth = Charlotte (who backs to the past)
This clarifies the possibility of Hannah Kahnwald being the "Lady of the Lake". Maybe she died there because she didn't want her body to be found (?)
And I don't think Egon is a bad/dark person. He was in a sad marriage (we can see it through the episodes he basically ask people for marriage advice), her wife was in an affair with a woman (It's the 50's! He probably was devastated). Hannah gave him the affection he needed PLUS she was there to make sure Ulrich was locked down, suffering. I like Egon, but I just can't like her.
